Cryokinesis is the art of using your mind to lower tempretures in an area and freeze objects or reduce tempretures of the objects.
Ice Ball: Like the combustion ball, the ice ball also alters tempreture of energy in between your hands, but instead of raing the tempreture, it decreases it. Ok now to start get the energy moving in side of you, but now make the energy freezing cold, visualize cubes, icesickles, snow, ect. You will feel your body tempreture dropping. Now that you have cold tempretured energy inside of you. put your hands as if you where to make a psi ball. But whilst doing this keep on visualizing things that make you cold. If done correctly, you will have a cold psi ball in between your hands.
Fire Extinquisher: This is the opposite of the relighting technique. Light a candle and visualize the particles of the wick slowing down and turning blue. This might take time to do.
Lowering Tempretures: Clear your mind, feel the energies in the room. Vizualise the energies freezing and snow, icesickles, and hail falling and foeming in the room. After a few minutes you will feel a drop in tempreture.

i doubt that you will be able to literally freeze something.but lower temperatures yeah just so you wont think you will be like the ice man on x men.not saying you were just in case.

i doubt that you will be able to literally freeze something.but lower temperatures yeah just so you wont think you will be like the ice man on x men.not saying you were just in case. Freezing water is in fact what one can do if in fact one learns Cryokinesis. Cryokinesis is the ability to alter temperatures to primarily lower temperatures. What happens to water when it goes below 0°C (32°F, 273 K)? It freezes! |

yea but who can prove that they could freeze water under an hour at least.i am a bit skeptical about this and i actually meant like freezing objects such as remotes,freezing them like so there is ice on it.

No one could freeze water under an hour unless they are highly advanced, but I know what you're talking about. Don't underestimate psionic abilities. It is indeed possible to freeze something other than water, for example a spoon, although no one can do this unless they are quite advanced. |
