hey is it possible to pe so good at pyrokenisis to be able to see in heat vision?  |

As cool as it may be, its just too unrealistic. Seeing in heat vision means that you see the temperature the way a thermal sensor does, and our eyes are genetically incapable of that. The other point that I want to make is that it is too unrealistic because pyrokinesis is the manipulation/movement of fire. Seeing the color that a certain temperature produces has nothing to do with pyrokinesis. Sorry.
You've got an imagination though. Learn real-life psionics and then come up with some creative, practical ideas... I'm pretty sure you'll do real well.

what about that girl who could see in x-ray in ripleys. she wasn"t born like that she was just really smart. she could talk at 6 months and read at 3 years old.

That is just one of the rare extremes. Extremes always exist. As for seeing in X-Ray... never heard of that at all. The closest, most realisting thing I know of to X-Ray Vision would be X-Ray Clairvoyance. X-Ray vision would technically not exist for a person in real life.
All those Gamma rays being emitted from your eyes should definitely have an effect on your vision.. and your eyes in general. You do know that exposure to gamma radiation could produce cancer, right?
As for seeing in heat vision.... just reread the post I made above.
Anyway, just follow the advice I gave you to the best of my ability. Try something practical. With your creativity, you should be able to come up with something unique, practical and awesome.
