I read on a site, that for tk to work better oyu shouldnt expect things like pushing all that visualization dont strain yourself n constant visualization.because that is just trying to direct your energy to do a specific task and it wont be able to. try that just sit and clear your mind then start to think about the psi wheel moving not visualzing a specific way or manner it will move in just move.remeber THOUGHTS ARE ENERGY.

exactly. Though stressing isn't good for control, a strong mind while doing it helps a lot. If you look at it with strong eyes, like if you were agry at someone, but without the anger, it moves better. At least for me. But i'm a suspect  |

that might have to do with your personality traits geo maybe you arent a angry person.nad controling the wheel is far as yourskill but the technique will still have to be in effect and your skill has to do with controling te technique.get what i am saying?

Anger clutters the mind and works against thinking straight, so if thoughts are energy, and indeed they are, getting angry wouldn't help a bit.

What you said is only true for your mind. For some people, extreme anger makes them think clearly and full of force, good for pk.

Energy flux? An energy flux may fill you up with energy but it does't help you controlling it and that is why it is dangerous.
