Specifically the psi wheel I see many people using their hands to accomplish telekinesis. Why do they do that? Why don't they use their minds..?Especially when they have the close to the wheel.I can see why the skeptics on tk say the heat makes it spin. Then again what makes it go in the direction the tker wants it to go.

haha. i dont see how heat would make it spin. can you use the heat from your hands to make it spin?
we use our hands as a focus-something. its easyer to visualise the energy flowing through your hands to the wheel, than from our head to the wheel.
and some people visualise psi strings from their fingers pulling the wheel.
i can move the psi wheel without having my hands near it, but its easyer with my hands. oh, and my hads are about 6 inches away from the wheel, so it cant be the heat

Hands are used simply as a guide, one can use only their minds if they wanted, but hands can get the object to move faster.

If you need to, that's what people use for guides, their hands. I've never done TK before, even with the psiwheel, at least I don't think.

I can do it with or without hands. With hands it tends to be stronger, but uncontrolled. It's as if my hands have their own TK ability. so it's easier to control without the hands but easier to move with them.

Using hands is pretty bad practice, it's up to you guys if you do it or not, but usually if you use them you will get results like you are describing where your ability is stronger with hands, or in extreme cases only works with hands. This can lead to self doubt and it holds back the practitioner as the actual potential for PK is the same with or without hands, it's just that you think that it will be easier with them.

For some it is belief, they believe they can only do it with hands. You are holding yourself back. It works they same with a trained mind.

all i do is use the just do it method without hands and it works well. i dont even meditate or visualize.and if you are in a cold room heat currents could easily move something im talking about people with their hands like 2-3 inches away from their wheel.

I don't think heat moves it either.
