Hey if your reading this then you should know that I am in no way an expert at this subject but I was just fooling around a minute ago and seemed to produce a three inch arc of lightning from my index finger to thumb. It is entirely possible that I was hallucinating but it is what I saw and I decided to share it.

First it is essential that you understand what Lightning is, It is Ionized Gas or Plasma. Plasma is a Fourth state of matter different from solids, gases or liquids in which the electrons have been stripped from their atoms and move freely.

I was only able to do it by mistake and couldn't do it again most likely because of what I had just seen. Anyway all I did was visualize a line of atoms between my thumb and index finger. Then I see all of the Electrons stopping and starting to vibrate eventually ripping away from the Atom. After this (if what i saw wasn't an hallucination) an arc of electricity ran from one finger to another causing a twinge to go up my arm. Since I am a beginner Telekinetic who has had minimal effects on a psi wheel it is obvious I probably couldn't do it again to any point where it became dangerous but others may be able to so be careful.

Anyway feel free to use my technique and please tell me if you have any success.

Whilst trying this technique, my index finger and thumb tingled although no arch of lightning.
