can anybody teach me telekenesis?i wanna learn it....without meditation i can focus on one object completely,dunno why..can somebody please teach me a a step by step guide to learning and developing telekenesis?

well, after a while you dont need meditation to do tk. it helps in the begining, but now i can do it with meditating. but i still meditate from time to time, its actually fun
