Ok I am getting fairly good at moving the ol' psiwheel now. The problem I have is keeping control. I can make make the psiwheel move in a direction of my choice but after a few seconds it will change direction.
I have read more PK articles than you can imagine and they all seem to say that control is the key for moving forward but very few seem to mention how to actully obtain this control.
I was wondering if anyone had some excersises or tips for gaining greater control.
As an example of what im after one of the articles mentioned trying to move the wheel in one direction, then if it moves in the oposite direction to stop it with your finger and try again. This is what im currently doing (though I dont use my hands at all so I try to stop it by PK and start again as oposed to stopping it with my hand).

Wrong. Moving forward is the key to control. Start working on moving bigger things then when you go back to what you can already move the control will come a lot easier.

Fair enough, any suggestions as to what to move on to?

um, rolling coins across the table.
to get the psiwheel to move, you look at one of the edges, and expect it to move a few millimeters, then keep adding more and more
