Is there any other way for beginners to practice Tk besides the Psi Wheel?

knight that message was sort of pointless o.o;
and let's see...you can try spin or rolling a straw..some people are better at that than a psi-wheel

Alot of people use a toothpick floating on water, or a key hanging on a string.

...Straw on top of a light bulb...Some people find it easier...Kind of like vocal's but I personally think its a little easier than the psi wheel..

I personally like the straw the best, but recently i discovered the ping pong ball :-D Hold your hand out flat and put the ball in the palm of your hand. Then concentrate on moving the ball one way or another and see if you can feel the ball push or pull in the hand your holding it with. Works for me. Kinda surprising actually, because i have had no luck with the psi wheel under a glass. Nada.
