Hey guys! I'm a total newbie at psi. I tried psiballs, it doesn't quite work for me, but I'm much more interest in PK. I started practising with the psi wheel yesterday and I made it move for the first time. Today I can pretty much make it move in the direction I want it to move, although I cannot get a 360° spin. I'm almost 100% positive, that I'm doing the spining with my mind. The rrom is closed, my breathing is not diyturbing the wheel. But then I decided to put it under a glass and after that under transparent plastic. To stop the wind. But it won't move an inch. Is this normal, or am I doing PK on air (aerokiness). Because if I am, I have to do something diferently and it's a HUGE dillema for me. So please answer as fast as you can. Thank you

yes it is a normal problem many people have. It is a mental block. The glass, for some reason, makes it hard to convince your mind that yes you can still move the wheel desipte the barrier.

yes well, i've thought of that, but then I tried HARD to convince myself the other way, but it's as if the fear of doing aerokinesis is just too big. because it's not something i want to do...
by the way... comparing to the aerage, hoe's my pace + I woke up this morning with a MASSIVE headache... i tried eating bananas and got better... is the headache from me practising too much?

pretty much same thing happens to me
just today my friend showed me a psiwheel and so it was my first time trying and i got it to budge a bit then spin like 180 degrees clockwise, but then after that one time i couldnt get it anymore and i thought it was just not really me...so i put a glass bowl over it and tried but i couldnt get it so i guess ill just try more..
