A New Telekinesis method

OK I wasnt into psi for a while I stopped doing it for about a month.It took me about a week to move my psi-wheel for the first time then after a while I quit.So I tried again and it didnt move.Then I made it move doing this

1.place 1 hand on top of the other
2.picture the color that you picture psi(i.e. blue,green,red,ect)flowing out of your hand and moving the wheel
3.now think of it moving the direction you wish it to move.

When I did this it moved for me.I did figure this out myself and am the one that wrote this log so I didnt get it off another site
