Destroy the Psi Wheel mental block

This is an idea that will help you ignore the mental block caused by the glass over the Psi Wheel. Close your eyes. Now move the wheel. Then have a friend quietly put the glass over it. then move it. This way you wont know wether or not the glass is over it and the block will be gone. after you've done it the first time have your friend tell you. then you will know you can do it.

Nice tech. That way you won't tell yourself that it's there. Heck, don't even tell them to. Tell them a day in advance, and have them put it over it then do it.

you have to be a really good psion. especially in telepathy.
then you control random people around the forum and make them give you karma
