it is a mental block you have your mind keeps telling you that there IS a glass over it while you are trying to tell it not here is a good trick cover your eyes wih a blindfold or something else then move the psi-wheel and have a friend put it over but secretly so you wont know it was ever put there.

See it spinning. Maybe visualize energy coming out of your for head and moving the wheel that way (whiles your eyes are shut)
