Well if you are good at drawing energy these excersizes will help you. On the first day i started electrokenisis i just imagined drawing a blue sparking line that wrapes around my wrist coming from a near by electric source. i also "hear" the crackling and 'see' the sparks. How i know this has worked is when i look at my wrist and see that my hairs are standing up. You can do this with other parts of your body it can raelly help

a spark if i remember correctly is at least 10,000 volts. but no amps(thats what kills you) so if you can build up 10,000 volts in one finger selectively without letting it spread to your other other fingers then kudos.

has to be very strong. electricty can kill make sure your careful. oh and a technique that may help you, instead of converting psi into electricty just use the psi to move the electricty. try getting a couple of batteries and but them in salt water(conducts electricty better) and put your finger in it.

Yeah what i do is i coat a thin layer of psi around the electricity and program the psi to lessen the pain of electricity - I can't do that Well, never tried until now... I only made a thin layer so it wouldn't go out of my hand. Every time when I gather electricity i just let it go through my skin, into the fist and than in fingers. But after a while I got used to it so I don't even try to prevent feeling (it's actually comfortable after a while ;D ). -There is one thing that could maybe help you. Imagine you are in a very big hall with slick walls and that walls are spinning fast around you you, making static charge around and in your body. It helps me, i can feel static effect through my whole body- and than just use it as you wish.

I've heard of that, but I must warn you! It is very easy to electrocute yourself with this technique.

ill try this tech tonight.
dont want to discorage anybody but, drawing from electrical appliances can turn out dangerous, cause then you might get so strong that you pull the full 'thing' from it and then it will be like putting your finger into the plug, or even worst ( plugged out TVs have enough electricity in the capacitors the kill you) but hey, iv read that healing can be dangerous and nothign has ever happen to me
