How did you find this site?
I was looking for information about empathy and empaths in general and tumbled here.

Why are you interested in psi?
Well this is a hard question... I have always had a feeling that something is happening right in front of me but I just can't see it even if I somehow can feel it. And I'm a natural empath (very weak one)

What skills do you have?
Empathy, very weak. Most of the time I can't control it at all. Little bit of precognition. [edit.] forgot to mention that i can see auras and i'm at the moment training psi-balls

Any goals?
Getting control of empathy skills, improving precognition and learning everything I possibly can

Well what can I say... I have always been a quiet one so don't expect me to write frequently.

To answer your question it could be a spirit, possibly your spirit guide. You might try reading my articles on it. I too had a similiar exprience that lasted for years and it turns out it was my guide.

As for empathy, all empaths struggle with their talent...well some call it a talent. Practice it, learn about it, talk to others who are like you. You aren't alone and your problems aren't new..if that helps.
