Does Psi have a storage like Ki does? If it does where is it located at. If it doesn't when I doing something with Psi where do I visualize the energy coming from?  |

Energy, psi, is all around you and is always flowing. It come from everything, from you, the ground, the bed, the water, and even your pet. So when feeling and gathering it I would first learn to gather it from yourself and then from the air around you. Btw:Welcome to the site! |

Pick a song or scene. Let the song run through your mind (or listen to it). Be calm, be relax. then look at air while listening to the song or picturing the secen. Relax some more and then pay attention to what you feel. You should feel a tingling feeling in the air around you.
