New Member Introduction

Hello,

I'm Pilar, new to the site, and just wanting to introduce myself. I need some time to read up in here, finding there is alot of great information. Happy to be here, and look forward to interacting with you all.

My background is martial arts, yoga, buddhist meditation. I am a warrior, healer and energy worker, a mystic and a hermit I am an empath and I am seeking to learn stronger skills in shielding so that I can handle going into public places/crowds/groups with more ease. Right now I find interaction with people difficult because I can't block out the information. I know people's emotions, thoughts, intentions, can perceive when there is someone about to approach/phone, am telephathic with my mate to a strong degree, etc. So I live in a very remote, natural location to get some peace. Relationships with other humans are difficult!! I avoid cities, stores, malls, media, etc, and live a quiet simple life.

I am just learning how to astral project; spent alot of time out of body as a kid and was able to move objects, see non-material entities, and have always had strong psychic skills. As an adult I am seeking to regain my skills and integrate my mental-physical practices through meditation and bodywork.

That's alot of information! So there you have it. Now I'm off to study your site!

This is a great site. Thank you for inviting me. Nice to see such a quality community of teachers and lightworkers. I will add this to my list of hangouts. I am currently spending a fair amount of time here: forums.astraldynamics.com/index.php. Some powerful healers there as well. I am currently adding astral travel to my repertoire of healing tools.
