Welcome. The best thing to do for a psiball when you are first learning how is visualization. Just imagine this stuff floating in your stomach,it can look however you want. It is good to try and give it a sound too, and "hear" that sound to reinforce the visualization better. Soon you may start to feel something in your stomach. Just then try to visualize that energy moving up a bit, and you should feel it move. Keep moving this around your body until you get a feel for what the energy feels like, and how to move it. Then just move it down to your hands, and visualize it all coming out into a ball in your hands. It's a bit easier to make an outer shell (just visualize a hard outer shell) and fill it with energy. That's the way I used to do it when I was first learning anyways...hope it helps ;D

I'll have to give it a go. Because starting off with trying to draw energy into my hands for a psiball. NOT WORKING! Thanks for the advice

Definitely try the psiball board. Sometimes, you've just gotta try different things to see which works for you. Good luck and we're here if you need help.
