Hello all, I am new to this site, but not new to the psi world. A little about me. I have been an empath as long as i can remember. It was rough growing up and not knowing why i felt the way i did. Why i would be angry or sad when i did nothing to cause these feelings. So all through my younger years i was in and out with Doctor's and Therapists. Trying to figure out why i was the way i was. So they labeled me as Bipolar & Manic Depressive. Just a few years ago i started to read into energy and reiki. That is when i first heard of empath's. Now i know that i can shield when i do not want the feelings that my body is feeding in. Also i started to see a pattern. My mother started noticing too. I would wake up and be SO sad and depressed that i didn't want to move or get out of bed or even live life for that matter. Then i would find out that there was a terrible disaster. So we figured i must be feeling the strong feelings of other humans. Just a month ago i received my 2nd Reiki attunement and also got my 3rd attunement in Khundalini Reiki. Very Neat stuff. About a year ago i had contact with some type of being. It is wild how they get the information across to me. They would send packets of information at a time. Like downloading. Then when the download was complete it would all make since and i would know what they were saying. Until it was done i would just be getting random stuff and i was thinking what the crap is this stuff that is being sent to me. Wild stuff. No voices just a feeling and knowing what they were saying to me. They were telling me of a job i have to do. It had to do with spreading information and gave me an imagery of ripples in a pond. Then from the center point was beautiful colors that spread out to the whole pond. They spoke of a battle between good and evil. They didn't say exactly what i was suppose to do they just simply let me know that they have a plan for me. Wild night that was. He he. that kinda sounded like Yoda  I haven't heard from them yet. Still not 100% sure what they wanted me to convey to other's. That is something i am still working on. Trying to learn to still my mind and break out of this reality we are in. The mundane Life of work & play, eat and Sleep, Then do it all over again. I know there is so much more to this world. That we are being conned into believing everything is what you see for their advantage or our downfall or both. Well that is all i can think about for now. If anyone would like to chat please pm me. I know how you feel. The feeling of great importantance being held back by the boring repeated part of daily life that seems to go no where. As they say "Life is what happens between dreams".
Welcome to the site. It sounds like you are an experienced person and an interesting one. I understand your empathy problem. I think at times I'm a bit bi polar or something, but that all has to do with this accursed empathy I have. I look forward to what you have to say.

I have always wanted to break into a different reality where Jedi's roam setting things right and using the energies set forth for us here on this plain.
I am just tired of everyone being so asleep. I wish i could Scream so the whole world would hear and wake up. I often have this feeling that someday i will be able to put the spark of light & love in the heart's of many. Makes me think what it would be like to touch a dark soul and make them feel love and weep for the deeds they have done to Mankind. One can only dream. What if it isn't a dream though. I guess a dream is where it all starts.

Sometimes I think the exact same thing. The world is a very depressing place sometimes, it's so small and so much of it is dying. And the parts that aren't dying instead, for the most part, choose to ignore it. I share the the feeling that you have about wanting to wake up the world. It's hard, because I want to help, but unlike you I don't have anything guiding me, I have to figure this all out for myself. You sound really cool, and it's nice to have "met" you. It's definetely something I agree with opinion-wise.

Yes the world seems so dark and dim. Just when i think there is no hope something spark's in me to keep pushing forward. Sometimes almost too late for me to come back from the abyss.
About the guiding. I am not sure what i think about it. Sometimes it is helping. Most times it is confusing. I had a talk with my dad about all that has happened and my thoughts on everything. His reply was. What if we don't want to know. What if we want to live comfortable lives just like we always have .
I felt like all was lost and just weeped inside and out.
I do believe everyone has guides. Talk to them. Ask for assistance. For a while you might not hear them. Or the results might not be shown in the way you want. But i do believe if you keep at it that the time will come when you do hear and understand them. Maybe it has something to do with time itself. Like some sort of Other Birthday. Then when it happens its like " Happy BirthDay !! "
Thank you for your reply. I can feel the love of this site. Unlike any other. I really appreciate everyones caring. This is what makes life worth living and seeking out truth.

The snobs are more bold, the poor are more timid and the blind grow blinder. I personally fear when we do wake up, we will wake up to something nightmarish, rising above any war we've seen. Yet, to look at the bright side, for there is always a bright side to even the darkest of all nights, we are the shining light, the beacons of truth, and just hopefully a better future. Anyone who has trained with energy for a year or two understands this is a rough, tiring path. You are ignored, pushed down, and put down. My site is a heaven for us who are new to the path, trying to get our feet on the ground and learn the way this path winds. I can only hope what I am doing is enough. I too have a guide, several, but one, a she matter of fact, who is special to me, who has my strength, love, and care when I didn't have any. I know most guides and most anything isn't this shining, trust me because most of my life has been less than shining. But for once, she is that fairy tale figure we all hope and dream about and I'm so glad to have her. *snaps out of her strange mood, reads her own posts, and wonders what was in that sprite* EDIT: forgot to add the link to the article. We would not have religion, science, or much else if not for the pursuit of truth. Sure there are those apathetic people who would rather watch Nascar than gain a better understanding of their purpose and maybe their numbers are growing because of the ease of existence that comes with modern civilization, but there have always been those people. |

It's not that so many people are born as empaths, but we empaths attract each other and stick together. We also like to make our ability known to other people in order to find others and give me a bit of a warning that yes, we will know how you feel. Being an empath means a lot of things. We are perfect listeners. We are free counselors. We are sometimes your best and worse friend. We are trustworthy. We know a lot about people just by living experience. We have a lot of insight into people and society and life by feeling all these different emotions.

You caught my eyes when you mentioned Orgonite. I have made a batch of it, but need to get more materials again,and will be trying to make another batch next Summer. You may want to check out www.warriormatrix.com It's an excellent forum on making and gifting with Orgonite as well as using psi skills for boosting and shielding, etc. They think outside of the box there and are very serioius about orgone and raising the vibration in this World a little higher with it. This site and that one are my two favorite forums. I am in my 40's and have only just recently been attuned to Reiki Level I and II, and the Reiki psychic attunement, so it is so cool to hear of someone younger getting attuned. Not sure why a lot of people are born with this. its my belief that all people are born with empathy, thats what makes us human  i think the conditions people face as they get older determine how much practice you get in and hence, how good you are |

Welcome, Joshiwon. This is probably one of the most interesting introduction topics I've read here in quite a while. I really do love your outlook on life and on humanity. It's greatly comforting to run across another who shares a similar view.
This exact feeling occurred with me merely a day or two ago with my own father. It's difficult to feel alone within your own family. Wanting to share my own insights on the imperfect world and how we can change it.. just doesn't work well with them.
Ahh, once again, something we share in common. I wish you good luck in our shared dreams. Or, perhaps, goals..

I think this is often the problem with the world, why there is so much darkness in it. No one wants to deal with the bad stuff, so they choose to ignore it. People think if they ignore it, it will just go away. But it won't. It's very often the theme in fantasy stories, like Lord of the Rings. Stories like that can teach a lot. |
