Hello I am going by the name Raguel online because when I astro project if I run in to beings they tend to call me Raguel... I have yet to learn why... I don't think it is a big deal though....
I have been studying meditation for a short while, about 2-3 years now. Been astro-projecting, and lucid dreaming since I was young though, just never knew the terms the general public uses for such matters.
I have been learning from books, online and other people.
For the past year I have shifted my focus on energy work. Charkras and the like.
This seems to be chop full of information to learn from, so I will share things as I see I can and I am mostly just seeking to add to my knowledge and later my wisdom in application of such things.
