hey look at that i just joined and i know some terms but anyways my name is witerabit. i am just a normal person wanting to get in to this psi stuff for the good of everyone around me. i have but one question currently. (i am assuming there will be more as time goes on) where should i start? what is the easiest thing to grasp (i understand that everything may take time) for a beginner? thanks

and i would go with energy manipulation.. its kinda like the piano.. easy to get the first steps but its hard to get the advanced steps
of course it probably depends on the person..
i say try them all and see what sticks

Welcome to the site. I would first start reading the articles on the main site. Read the FAQ and also look around the boards. I would then practice feeling psi around you and learning how to make a psi ball.

Maybe you should try meditation first. I know you are young so that may not seem that entertaining to you lol but with a mastery of attaining meditation you will be a lot more comfortable with doing these things, and it will come a lot easier to you. I definitely think you should start with my guide first
