lol does that mean you are afraid to die? I kinda look forward to it in a non-morbid way.
It was named that way because you are not supposed to move at all while doing it. the subtle fashion it portrays sort of casually pushes you into meditation as opposed to just sitting there concentrating. I always say master meditation first because that will make everything else you try a lot easier to both do and understand.
