I'm a nineteen year old college student who lives in the Bay Area of California.
Hobbies? Hmmm. Bowling, reading, videogames, day dreaming, meditation, martial arts
A little over a year ago Psipog introduced me to psi. 2 years before that I had started working with Chi so I was intrigued by this concept of psi. I began doing research and swallowing every article I could find on alot of psi abilities. I've read ever beginner article ever on tk, empathy, telepathy, pyrokinesis, aerokinesis, hydrokinesis, electrokinesis, "etc.-kinesis",psi balls, flares, constructs, programming, shielding, cleansing, grounding, auric sight, healing, Astral projection, Clairvoyance, Sensing, one or two remote viewing ones(not as interested), threading, and some more that I can't recall. I have a giant list of links in my email for psi sites.
None of that means I can DO them all, I've just read a whole lot of articles all over the web on them. JediKaren was a name I saw a bit, and so when I stumbled upon THE JediKaren's site I decided maybe I should try out the forum here. I've always paid random visits over the year but stayed to reading, never posting.
Why are you interested in psi?
Silly childish ideas die hard. *sigh* someday that kamehameha will come out haha ;D But really I feel like it's a way for me to see what not just I'm capable of, but what the human race is. If I can do it, why not others? It works off consciousness presumably right? Pretty sure lots of people have that.
What skills do you have?
In order of most success:
Auric sight, Aerokinesis and TK (moving the psi wheel with both), shielding, limited pyrokinesis, minor/weak precognition, electrokinesis (results came during the time I was training it and every time I bowled for more than a few minutes I ended up shocking people I touched).
Any goals?
My goal is to develop enough proficiency in any area so as to help science from being excluded on something it needs to investigate more thoroughly and rigorously rather than writing it off. I'd basically be trying to prove it to people, and though I know that isn't really a great reason, at least it didn't start that way. Started off with me proving to myself that I can overcome my mind and the beliefs engraved on it's surface by society. Beliefs that my thoughts will follow for no reason other than they have existed within me for as long as I can remember. I wanted to see if I could be the one for once who programmed my mind however I wish. However, I do have a skeptic that resides in a nice comfy padded room within my psyche somewhere. He yells things from time to time and so my open mindedness is sometimes punched in the gut.
Oh another goal is to be able to consistently remember my dreams.

I meditate (not as often as I'd like.. yet). Could write more, but not much of my life is anything interesting.
