Well, I've one post I made in 2007, so I can safely say I've been gone for really long. Most of you probably don't even remember me, or ever met me. So, let's recap the important things, eh?

I'm John van Capel, 15 years old, I live in Holland, and I've been practicing psionics for nobody knows how long (not even I), on and off. I'm most proficient in energy manipulation, though I have some experience in telepathy and psychokinesis.

Let's see...
I practice a lot of PK lately, I went from pretty much nothing to rolling a pen in 2 weeks.
Also, I do a bit of Energy Manipulation in between things, shielding for example, or making senseless constructs.
I am ashamed to say telepathy has fallen off the practice list lately.
