All right you all figure I am insane for typing this up but in truth I didn't know how to meditate until I asked someone for help. I think this another reason why people don't meditate. It's simple enough to believe that some just plain don't know how. Heck I was one of the many people and I am not scared to say that.
Anyway back to the subject at hand. In truth meditation is very simple and can be done just about darn well anywhere. Expect doing it at work, or to tune out your mom and dad or boss etc. is a bad idea!
Meditation is done by first getting comfy. Like I said in "Meditation can be FUN!" You may feel comfy laying down, sitting up or even standing. Whatever is best for you do it. Meditation is about relaxing and clearing your mind. If your not comfy your mind will shift focus away from that which really needs to be focused upon. Now that your comfy you may find music might help you relax, some even chant. I find it's best to use meditation music (easily found on the net) or other calming music that helps me. Myself I have a huge list and use it to meditate and sleep with but it helps. You can even use incense to help you relax more.
All right now that your nerves are calmed down. Close your eyes and focus on the music if you have. If not focus on you’re breathing. Feel it, sense it, hear it, and KNOW you are breathing. Now your no doubt laughing but doing this helps you relax. The more you allow yourself to relax the more your mind will open. At first you may still hear things around you but the more you do it the more you will tend to slip into a deep meditation. That will feel like you went asleep for 5 to 10 min and when you open your eyes you may find you were out from anywhere between 1 hour to 8. All depends when you do it.
Now I can see a lot of you saying you have never had deep meditation. Ahh here is something fun for you all to know. If you have ever had a good night sleep were you feel you went to bed and only got 5 min of sleep but found out you got like lets say 8 hours that is a form of deep meditation.
Anyway boys and girls there is no more to say expect "Try it yourself." Once you have please feel free to post whatever you may of senses, saw etc. here. Meditation is good and it does help one learn psi. I have learned my entire gift through meditation and through meditation I have become stronger because then the mind is ready to know that’s when you will now and understand the things around you.
