Robert bruce is one of my favorites. In the new age section of a book store look for astral dynamics. GREAT read and you can keep it at your bed side for quick reference rather than going back and forth to the good ol pc.

I tend to fall asleep alot when I meditate now...and when I do meditate, it feels as if I dunno, something is near me and I'm getting chills all over my body...and then it feels as though I Obe-ed, but I don't remember seeing anything but darkness...and then a moment later it feels as if I come back into my body. Not sure why this happens, but it does.

For me and since I have done it for so long I find it I feel refreshed, calm and ready for a new day or a good night sleep. If you want pointers look for thing in the Meditating area ^_^

I have heard that 1 to 2 hours of meditation is better than sleeping for 8 hours, I really need to try that and see if it's true. Anyone ever tried this?
