I've been trying to do PK for sometime now (about a month) and i have never moved anything. I heard that you have to merge your energy with the object that your trying to move. The thing is, i would if i could, but i can't even feel my own energy, how will i know when I've merged it? And how do you know when your in the meditative state?

You should start learning psionics step by step. You cant just one day start doing PK without any foundations in anything easier and expect that you will succes. You should go to sites like PsiPog and start everything from the begining. Here is the link www.psipog.netGood luck.

ignatius is right pk and tk is not easy you think just starting to move a spoon or a plate or pencil it will move ater a few minutes well no just start by putting a pin no a eraser and put something light that you would like to move not a psi wheel cause it dont help that much just try to feel the energy like waves like the sea water and think about it moving it wont work the first try but but next time it might shake just keep practiceing good luck if that help if you still having troble note me please refrain from typing "you", type it out -JK

Not because there will be big bright lights and explosions to signify, but you'll simply have a feeling that you can identify as *different* from other feelings.

this isn't any help, ive already searched on the net, i want to know about the energy thing. i have a psiwheel, and i practise every night but it won't even budge. Q, when your focusing on something, you can still hear other thing that are going on around you, right?

ok uhmm honestly i think your pushing things a little too hard and you need to back off of it just try stuff like psi balls an increasing psi within your body eventually you will get better but it dosent happen in a week i still cant move a psi wheel and ive been at it for a couple months take a day or 3 off

you could read my Human energy body article on pathlayer.co.nr I adress energy movement. Additionally, I am working on the most basic psi-ball article which you could read, adressing basic application of energy movement.

it depends on what "it" is. "connecting" with an object or anything really, can be slightly different. usually when it feels like an extension of your own body when it happens, but even then its still difficult.

ok so like sometimes when i sit infront of the computer, i feel different after a while. like the screen looks bigger and i feel closer to it yet far away from it (liike right now i feel it). and when i look down to type, my fingers look huge, compaired to the keyboard. is this what it feels like to be connected to something?

i think that feeling is me being connected to the computer. because now i can slightly move the psiwheel. i feel the same way i do with the computer then i "see" the wheel moving and it moves. but i kinda have to move the toothpick around a bit to prepair myself to move the wheel.

GEOvanne, you should practice immersion meditation. it's a good way to drown out the distractions around you and also meditation is a good way to develop and control your psi abilities.

It seems like you are very concentrated on the objects and sights around you, rather than your own body, and a single object which you would like to make a mental connection to, in order to reach and interact with, on a non-physical level.
