head pressure

lately when meditating i've noticed a strange pressure coming from the back of my head (the soft spot under the ridge) pushing forward toward my third eye area. its almost as if the energy from my spine wants to burst through the centre of my brain out my third eye. dont get me wrong, it doesnt hurt or anything like that. i almost want to build it to the point that it does "burst" because i can sense a universe load of energy on the other side...feels like my body wants to bust it open just to let more good stuff come in.

any comments/questions/ideas?

that's the plan... or was...it was actually like the "lock" to the first gate (check other threads), as soon as i bursted through (more like melted it away) i was able to open it up fully for the first time... which actually gave me a pretty dirty headache the day after. i learned to let this newfound energy flow, and now its great. on to the 2nd gate...
