Ok, if this is somewhere else in the forum I'm sorry, not trying to say my way is better.
The hardest part of making a psi ball is visualizing. However, there is a way to work onit, using meditation. Start out however you would normally meditate. Now, imagine something, for this example I will use an apple. Feel the apple, the skin, how smooth it is. Now bite into it, how does it feel on your teeth? How does it taste? Is it dry or juicy? Go through the entire process of eating it, tasting it, feeling it with every bite. Imagine your hand starting to get kinda sticky as there is no more skin to hold onto. Don't like the skin? Well, then mentally use a small knife and skin it, again, feel the knife, the pressure used to skin it, everything.
Hope this helps someone. Feel free to use any object you may be comfortable with. Of course, try and pick one that can be experienced in more than one way.

Visualizing is an important part of working with the mind. Magick practitioners realize this fact as well, since the mind is the key when interacting with the reality that lies behind the accepted, realized one.

But it can be hindering to the making of an actual psi-ball.
Visualizing is a way of telling your mind that something is actually there. If you visualize seeing an apple, the visual part of your brain acts as if you're looking at an actual object, instead of just imagining one.
The same with auditory and nerve visualizations. So the trouble here is making sure you are making a bona fide psi-ball, and not tricking your mind (consciously or unconsciously) into mistaking a heartbeat for external pressure, or nothing at all for a psi-ball.
Oh, but it is still important to visualize, yes. Just gotta learn to sort through the head-tricks and the real stuff.

i must agree with that it is very mistaken with making a psi ball that people tend to mistake simple normal things for them making or seeing a psi ball i myself hate these tricks of the mind

I must agree that it is good to be able to visualize, and a good imagination helps, but there are those that can't. I my own opinion, actualizing, "knowing" (not just believing) that it is there is the most important aspect.

Visualization is good. But i think that simple thoughts can do things to. Why? Becouse when you are moving your hand you do not visualise you are just doing the task. But for begining visualization can be usefull. Just for begining. But removing use of hands, and complex visualizations is way to go. Why? Thoughts are energy visualisation is thought meaning spending energy for one simple task. that woud be equal to using your one hand to raise other.
