I've seen a spirit knock someone over(my freind) in person. So I would say they can harm you physically. I put a mirror sheild around it, to contain it. I wonder if it's still there...

hey i have tried to call my spirit guide. i tried communicating mentally like just asking yes or no questions. i do hear a voice in my head but i don't know if it is me or if it is my spirit guide. is there another way to contact them? hey jedi what kind of reasons do you call your guide for? (reasons they come for). i really want to meet them.

ok well after that experience i had 3 more once when i was in india then the other time i was back home. i heard very strange noises in myhead but i didn't freak me out. the last time was yesterday. this time i was more in control though. this time i felt my mind drift off into a deep sleep or something, it was very relaxing but i couldn't move my body i tried so much, my mind works just not my body, then i heard a voice that said "ARE YOU HUNGRY" it freaked me out and excited at the same time. i said "ARE YOU A SPIRIT GUIDE" and it said "UMMM SURE" and when it was over i had a headache. but before that when my mind drifted off i heard a bang and a pressure noises. Something like my heart and blood pumping. what does this mean.

The headache may be normal, or you overworked yourself. As for the sounds, I don't know, was it like vibrational? That happens sometimes when there is no sound, and it's normal because the brain tries to hear everything it can.
