Last night when I was trying to sleep, I felt some energy or something walking right beside my bed. I thought it was a ghost so when it went far enough I just said haha and the energy came rushing into my head. My brain felt very numb. I still thought it was a ghost trying to control my body, but then I tried to move the energy out using my brain power. It worked then I started to say some mantras so it doesn’t come back. I was so scared that I went to go in the living room to sleep. That same thing happened twice more. But only I couldn’t move it out of my mind. Oh yea and I couldn’t move my arms or anything I couldn’t even talk it was so weird. I tried so many times to do this. The only thing I could do is scream like I was having a nightmare, but I wasn’t I was wide awake. My eyes wouldn’t open either. When the energy was gone I kept saying the mantras. Then I fell asleep finally at around 4. when I woke up I realized that by saying mantras you can go into a meditative state. But I wasn’t saying mantras when it first happened. Like what I felt (can’t move none of my body but felt wide awake) was it meditation or just a ghost trying to get in my head. i mean it jus suddenly rushed in. and couldn't do anything. when i was screaming my sister shook me and the thing was gone.

hmm have you heard of a spirit guide? That might of been it. Try not to fear the spirit. I doubt you were going to be harmed.

what are spirit guides. where they take me are what do they do? why shouldn't i be afraid. are they like ghosts? do you think they are mad because i forced them out of my mind three times?

thank you jedi, i read your article too. it was pretty interesting. i'm not sure if i'm ready to meet my guide but i will try to contact him/her.

That's happened to me also repeatedly. Every time I just beat it back with psi, hope it's not a spirit guide.  |

I still havn't met my spirit guide, or managed to astral project yet, bug I'm so looking forward to it.

yea, i don't know what it was. even if it was my spirit guide i'm still a little scared because it rushed inside my head. like it walked passed me but when i chuckled it ran towards me and into my. i'm scared because i see these ghost stories on discovery channel. do you think it could be that too?

Yes, actually I have. I think of it this way. Assuming spirit guides are real and I have one, the following logic should apply:
If I have not met my spirit guide it is because either it does not want to show it's presence, or I am oblivious to it.
Since I am very sensitive to energy, and I am good at speaking with spirits, I am good enough to sense a spirit guide that is not attempting to hide itself.
Therefore it does not want to show itself.

hey can the guides read your mind. because i think he/she thought i was sleeping but then tried to get in me. can i call my guide by just saying come here mentally? or do i have to say it out? i read some articles and it said that your guide will come when you call for them

yes.

yes, but that may not always work. You must have a good reason for wanting to meet your guide. You must need your guide for something in order for them to show up.

this spirit guide thing is really cool but does anyone think that another spirit might come and not your spirit guide. can a spirit harm you physically? if so how?
