I was wondering, can someone use binaural beats for meditation? I have looked up some research and it says that a certain mindstate can be reached within six minutes (by average), and I also read that at the frequency of 14Hz it can make a bridge to the subconscious, the same page says it is "the gateway to meditation". Can this method be used or is this concidered a way of screwing up your mind?
I would like input about the last part before I try this. And, if you want to try for yourself, do some research before you make some of the beats.

not screwing up per se, but definitely conditions you to a specific way of doing things, dont get too hooked.....meditation is nothing hard or impossible.....simply focusing on single topic or not focusing on anything and simply existing..... Binural Beat= en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binaural_beats
