I'm not sure why, but every time i meditate i feel like I'm "levitating" meaning i don't feel the surface below me, i feel like I'm in the air, is this normal during meditation?

Sometimes during meditation people cease to feel like they are in this 3-d environment. They might feel like the air has opened up, or like they're encased tightly. They might feel like they are somewhere other than where their body really is. One might also feel other weird effects, such as your feeling levitated.

I would like to say this kind of feeling is more than normal.
There are also 2 possible ways.
1. Your feets are being pressed for a long time and numb that you don't feel what happen under your feet.
2. You are going to reach deeper state of meditation.
If someone reach real deeper state of meditation, he will free from all the five senses and flow into his thought alone. Nothing can interfere him at this time to wake him up. If someone stab him, he didn't feel it or know it. If that happened, his body will dead and his spirit will wonder like when we lost connection from the body when we are training to have OBE. That's as far as i know from the Buddhist monks. But at that time of asking there were no killers like "Than Swe" who dare to kill Buddhist monks.
If your feeling is the second one, then you must continue to achieve the "Real State of Concentration".

I get this feeling a lot, but when I try to explore it, I realize that it's not as connected to my body, and as a reflex, I sort of get pulled back. I think this is because my body is more meditated than my mind. I can't clear my mind, always distracted. Anyway, what should I do?

seidonick= when you meditate might i suggest lavender insence? and what i like to do is either visualise each breath as the moving tide-breath in,visualy the tide rolling in, breath out visualise the tide pulling back-after a bit of that i usualy get realy calm and absorbed in meditating to the point were my freonds that i meditate with can talk and not fear to disturbe me(the incense realy helps-it doesint have to be lavender but i feel that one suits me best as it relaxes me-and also dont burn too much as insence can get you HIGH and it can distract you)

It could be from you being reached a deeper state in meditation. If so, good job! I've gotten that before, but I don't meditate often. Just keep up the good work and you'll be getting better and better at it.

When I'm meditating, I get the feeling that I'm sitting on a wave pool. Not Like I'm feeling the waves slap up against me, but like I'm sitting on top of them and they're taking me up and down. If I concentrate on it I can get the feeling without meditating. It just increases in meditation.

try centering yourself, connecting your crown chakra to the universe, and your root chakra connected to the earth.creating an equal balance.

Well, if you're meditating minus outside substances, that's a good thing. If you're meditating while on an aforementioned substance, you have a bit of a problem. Bad joke. Blame my strange sense of humor. Anyways, it's certainly not a problem, and might even be a fairly helpful experience overall. When it comes down to it, it's a personal thing really, so I wouldn't be concerned about it.
