Has any one ever been sleepy like after meditating.Since this past week it seems I have been waking from my meditation state half sleepy maybe school is draining me lol  |

usually you wake from meditation wide awake,maybe you aren't doing it right..?Just say towards the end of the meditaion "I will be feeling fine,energized,and wide awake in 5,4,3,2,1."-maybe that will help.
