When I meditate I sometimes get a weightless feeling but at other times, I feel like (some points in particular) have become much denser and heavier?

no its just sometimes oyu get the weightless feeling that means you are doing it really good. and the heavier I don't know what that means.

depends on where your mind is at... if my mind is at the crown, i feel pulled up (lighter)... if my mind is at my root, i have a sinking feeling (heavier)... thing to try is to have the 2 energies meet (aim for the gut), takes practice though but it works well. pm me if you have questions.

Feelings like that are most commonly associated with being in deep meditation or being close to having an OBE.

As for eldurner thanks a loot for the offer, as a new guy it's hard to find help or be noticed really, I'll try out some thing for a few days and see how that goes then.

I would say that you are doing well. If you keep doing that you will have no trounle with aping.
