This will give you an almost instant relaxation for meditation or whatever, just visualize 3 white (basic psi ball sized) balls of light and energy and each one enters your body one at a time after each goes in think relax for each ball.use this for relaxing your muscles/body parts.

Cool, what I do that is similar is fill my body witha s much psi as possible, then drain myself of as much as possible. It works slightly better for me.
