I have been away from the site for a while experimenting with every aspect of psi that I can. I have found a new meditation in the process that has given me very pleasing results. First, you'll need a chair, any kind that has four legs and a back to it. Get it and sit in front of a wall with the back facing the wall. Lean onto the wall with only the back legs on the ground. This however, needs to be very accurate. It needs to be slanted exactly so that if you lean foward about four inches, it will fall back onto the ground. When this is acheived, get into position against the wall and then while sitting in the chair, close your eyes and look down toward your thighs. If done properly, you will feel like the chair is not leaning on the wall anymore, but you are floating. I then like to visualize I am on a huge rock pillar in the middle of the ocean with the breeze blowing, and that if I move too much, I'll fall off. If you do not achieve this state, lean foward with your upper back until you do. Please give me your results. I hope to make this very useful to all of you. Good luck. And another thing is that you can't let your feet touch anything like the ground or something on the ground. You can wear socks though.
