I don't know very much but it does not have to do with psi at all. It is not one of my better skills but, i have had a lucid dream once awhile ago. It was quite strange. It looked much more real than a real dream and i could feel/smell things as well. I was also able to do whatever i wanted but when i decided to fly the vividness became less and less. I could have been because i was concentrating too much. I would recommend having one because they are very cool but i don't know any techniques because mine happened spontaneously. if you want to learn more i would recommend checking the psi-world main site (i don't know if they have anything but try anyways), or psipog.(link is in the links section).

Lucid Dreaming is hard to perfect. Here are some steps.
1.Learn to Memorize your dreams. a. do so by keeping a dream log, write your dreams after you have them.
2. Keep your awareness during dreams. a. a clock or a watch with a chime will help, just a reminder that your asleep, or a reminder of the time and you need that for...
The final step 3. Notice your surroundings. a. Look for clocks, light switches, appendages, doorknobs, windows, etc that are out of place or completely wrong. for example if you see a sideways light switch, or the clock says 11PM but its light out, just tell yourself your dreaming, and everything should be downhill from there.
once you realize your dreaming, your in control.
