If you would like a meaning to attach to it, I could give you one. The circle represents the diffusion of chaos. the triangle contains the chaos. the intersecting lines are a point of focus within the diffusion. essentially, order within chaos within order.

I do not know alot about alchemy, but I wouldn't think that the symbol has any connection with alchemy. It shares some common ties with a few alchemy symbols that I know. For one it's symetrical.
To be honest, I've never seen that symbol in alchemy before.
