power levels?

I was wondering if psi has energy levels? If there is can someone tell me what mine is?
How far along am i?

Ive heard that while gathering energy theres an increase in temp is this true also cus if it is i think ive been givin off energy since i was 5.
What exactly are these skills i describe?

this is what i can do or what i have done

room is about 20 degrees warmer then rest of house. about 80 year round even with windows open. This temp change went with me when i moved to my new house then after i got my sisters room after she moved out. The temps in my old rooms went back to normal.
people within a few inches of me can feel heat from my body.
when i gather energy towards my hands the space around them heat up before i finish a 3-count
i can see around corners before im at them

I'm trying to do the teleporting thing but im not sure if im doin it right. I consentrate on the destination and my entire body begins to heat up.

Everyone has access to energy, though most people don't know this and therefore never use the energy around them. Your abilities will come with time and training. I would practice gathering energy into a ball called a psi ball.

I can feel the energy but i cant form it. im goin to read on how to.

I have this thing where after i gather so much energy i get a headache then i moment later its gone. Later in the day if im tired i just think about the energy i gathered and i become strong again like i can do everything all over again.
