Third eye question

hey i was lying on my bed and i thott wouldnt it be cool if you could learn to see with your third eye like as in see energy levels in people and things like a rock would be black cause it has little energy and a person would look blue cause they have lots of energy , and people that developed or had stronger psi were more blue or somtin. i no it sounds really wierd but if uve ever seen matrix revolutions wen neo goes blind but he can still see kinda you kno the concept of what im talking about.

Here is the Third-Eye tech that I have used way back in the past.

First, if you want, meditate for a good 10 minutes or so (sometimes this helps sometimes it doesn't.) Next, close your eyes, and place your index and middle finger on the middle of you forehead, just between you eyes and right above the nose, this is where you Third-Eye resides. Then, Place your ring finger and thumb over your left and right nostril. Yes, this does feel stupid at first, but you will get used to it.

Now, for your breathing technique. Breath in from your left nostril and over your right nostril place your thumb on it, closing it shut, and move your index and middle finger in a clock-wise pattern. Then, breath out from your right nostril and over your left nostril place your ring finger, and move your index and middle finger in a counter-clock-wise pattern. Repeat this for about 5 minutes.

Once you are finished, begin to create a PSI Ball. In a few minutes, I have saw a smal compact ball of blue light from my hands. My physical eyes twitch insanely for some reason, I'm not sure if this will be the same for others.
