Would it be possible to gather so much energy to the point where it affects your physical body like lets say your strength or color of the eyes?
When you flex your arm muscles they get bigger i used to have to do this but now when i do they just stay the same size when im not flexing. Its like they are flexed at all times. This didnt happen till i found out that my girlfriend cheated on me.
When i found out she did i got extremely angry to the point where my body just started "chugging" energy then turned around and it started giving off this strange sensation along with a headache that came then left during this. I eventually passed out not sure from what but when i woke up my head hurt like i ran into something and surely enough i did end up doing so. I went into my bathroom to see how bad it was and there was not a bruise or anything but my eyes ended up getting lighter. Used to have very dark brown eyes now i have a few shades lighter of brown. As for my arms they didnt hurt very much till i was getting ready for school the next day.

I suppose it could happen, but I think what happened was that your emotions changed the color of your eyes. My eyes do the same thing when I get really angry. They are usually an ocean like blue, but my anger turns them to a dark grey almost black.

You can rise or lower your vibration and make you stronger or weaker respectively.
As for physical affects beyond that...I believe they would be the affects of your mind, or your "psi" energy (whichever controls that) which would be affecting your body, to heal it or whatever.

UM....It's called adrenalin, and testosterone. That and as stated above, blood pressure. It wasn't psi man...

Yes it does. The increased tension and chemicals in your body diverts blood, which also (especially if you have light colored eyes) affects the color. Also, the dialation of your eyes changes the color slightly, and when adrenalin is pumped they tend to get tighter. Additionally, that would explain why your muscles flexed and why you lost mental controll. When I get in a fight(and trust me, I get in ALOT of them-not agressive fights, but martial arts sparring- where the guy is out to kill me fights) my eyes change color, my muscles tense, my head goes out, my body becomes very drained, 2 minutes feels like an hour, and I'm sore all over the next day. This is because the addition of adrenalin over-exerts the body, so that it can function stronger, faster, and better. Of course that benefit is at a cost-fatigue the next day. So you see, not to stomp all over your thoughts of uber-psi-gathering, but it was a natural course of the body-especially considering the emotional stress you were going through.

Im in control on some of these occasions but others no im not. Im told at school that i always look like im mad even when im not the other students cant tell. Im under stress daily considering what ive seen in my life and experienced, racial things mostly some of you may know about that kind of stuff and what it feels like. Could my mind and body been under so much stress that it snapped? Im actually extremely healthy for my age group and amount of stress im under from what my doctor has told me. Im not sure if i should believe them but they are the doctors.
I never knew that adrenaline could make eye color change cus ive never noticed it till that day. I learn something new everyday.

Do you have periods of intense negative emotion at least once a week? Because (especially if you dont work out a few hours a day, if that is the case than your body should heal more quickly) that will leave lingering effects on your body- enough to tide you over to next week. BTW, if you need help with anything, just ask.

Try and do some relaxation exercises. Additionally, you should probably take up meditation. It could be that your body is set on permanent "high alert" in which it's always secreting small amounts of stress hormones ect... Meditation would relax both your body and your mind. Studies have also shown that it increses precessing that goes on in the left hemisphere of the brain. These altered brainwaves are a result of and aid in a more content mindset and livestyle. Please, don't take this as an advertiesment (because I hate advertiesing, its one of those im tooten my own horn things, of course, concequently I only have something like two members)) but I just got up an article on meditation on my website. Pathlyer.co.nr Under articles-meditation-intro to meditation. Meditating is just a suggestion, but one I would strongly recommend. Especially considering there is hardcore research confirming that meditation relaxes the body and mind, increasying happyness and peacefullness.

I meditate but that was when it helped me focus my energy. Is there a point in which meditation doesnt help focus energy? Meditating does get me to stay awake longer though so i usually do it during class so i get a few complaints from the other students cus it looks like im sleepin but yet im getin better grades then most of them
