Is there a certain thing that must be done besides focusing energy to make something happen with the energy. Some kind of thought mayb that allows for the execution of certain things like the RV and OBE? In my case im trying to tap into this psi-ball thats been following me around all day it even went with me to work, how nice . And the other one is the teleporting, is there a thought process that allows this ability to actually happen?
