Im not sure if i should where i would have to put this under the perception part of the board since im not sure what happened while i tried to meditate earlier today.
At 1:30 i begin then mayb 10 minutes later im out but then i wake up seemed like it only lasted maybe 10 minutes but it was exactly 2:30, the time i said i was goin to quit if i couldnt meditate by.
A few minutes later i started remembering something that i didnt know before i meditated. I remember the blackness then a bunch of red markings, mayb on a wall but they were all around. Then i saw a figure of a person that looked exactly like me but with more energy then i do now, and i could see the aura or a thing that looked like an aura. The shadowed figure began to say something but i couldnt hear it. Then i woke up feeling completely refreshed. I wasnt stressed or anything but i did feel like i had more energy and that i was stronger then before.
Is it possible that i experienced an OBE, saw an astral temple, had a precognition, or all at the same time?
From what i found out from shadow, we may have met in some strange place not sure why, does anyone know how this may have happened? Has anybody else been to the strange place i described besides me and shadow?
