I was just messin around and i started movin my hand in a circle and i could feel heat begin to gather in that area. I kept doin it and i could actually start to feel the energy following the finger i was usin to make the circle. Im still doin this cus its kinda fun to feel this energy follow my hand  . Any comments on why this is happening? |

I think you're subconsciously gathering and using energy...
And feeling your energy flow is indeed fun in the beginning ^^

Its probably like a psi-ball. You are gathering energy and keeping it there.
