um today around dinner I was very angry at my family and then then this glass casing around a light exploded with a flash of silver light,and it was like 15 feet away in a different room.my dad said it was the lightbulb exploding but when I saw the lightbulb it was intact!!!! what was this? ??/

Ye gods. Your dad didn't mean the lightbulb actually exploded. When a bulb burns out, it generates a bright silvery-blue flash. Nothing out of the ordinary. And most teenagera are angry at their families almost 24/7. It was likely a total coincidence. It happens to me all the time, but I don't chalk it up to uber-psionic skillz.

One can affect the electrical signals of objects around him, or even direct (somewhat) where lightning strikes.
You can overload a whole apartment complex full of lights and make them all go out, or affect one bulb so much you make it explode.
I haven't gotten control of this yet, except for the lightning part (which only works some of the time), which is outlined in an old thread of mine.

I can make lights explode or flicker, but unforunately not on command, its kind of just random when im dealing with large amounts of energy. I wish I was that good though
