does anyone have the how to guide for seeing energy i mean seeing aura's is easy yet i can't seem to see the very energy that i use what's needed special traing, specific field of enegy, or what because a friend of mine is a warlock and he can see all of my energy so i can't even pull off any suprise attacks or anything and also he sees the energy i stored in my chakras i mean he's just a cheap bast**d  i just really would appreciate the help  |

I'd love to help but sensing ANYTHING is VERY hard for me to do. the reset of it is fairly easy (or in some cases woudl be if I could sense) but sensing I might as well walk around with a psionic cane and sunglasses for my third eye.

I just made a topic on this before, and I am cabable of seeing it on site.
A Guide though.. I don't know it comes natural to me.
Try to see your own energy first. The color, the flow.

Hi-I`m new to this site & I have a question...
Last night I walked into the kitchen in my home,the light was on -& I saw a fly enter the kitchen with me , as I entered.Behind the fly,in a direct trail(of flight)-I saw what I can describe ,as an energy pattern following this fly.Seemed to be mostly mid blue in colour,with yellow/golden colour dissipating from the blue trail-which followed the fly.The trail itself appeared to spread out from the fly.It caught my attention immediately,then when I blinked, the coloured trail was gone & I just stood there,staring at this fly as it buzzed around the kitchen-but I didn`t see the trail of colour anymore.
I was wondering if anyone out there may have had a similar experience to this & what is it ,do you think that I actually saw?
I have not been able to see auras on people/things before(apart from very vaguely around my hands,when I really concentrate.

As I cannot sense auras and whatnot, I am not too sure on this. However, everything has its own energy pattern, so perhaps it has a aura reflecting its energy. So my guess would be that your mind was in a state that let you see auras for a moment without trying to.

Ok-Thanks for your reply...
It`s just that this trail of colour was following along behind the fly,not around it,but due to it flying forwards at the time I saw it-do you still think that this was it`s aura/energy that I was seeing-following in this trail?
Also, I have been trying to break my paradigms,beleifs,beleif systems etc -regarding what is possible,or thought to be possible...trying to allow my mind to just perceive-without judgement/reasoning.This has been something that I have been working on for a few months or so & this has recently started to allow me to perceive more openly-eg-increased intuition,increased clairvoyant hits etc...
So maybe its starting to work !!! ;D

I managed to get lucky, parents do this sort of thing alot so I don't have to try to learn it is possible, I just have to figure out how to do it in a way that works for me. May all go well. |

I'm not going to claim to be an expert here, but from what I understand, auras surround living beings, not follow after them. However, all living things have a certain degree of resident psi that certain people can sense and even "see," as it were. It's possible, I suppose, that this trail of color was a trail of simple psi. But, then maybe it was the energy of the gap created by the fly moving through the air. Like a stick moving through water: the tail is really just a temporary break in the pattern of the water. Then again, on the "other other" hand, maybe it was an aura. Like I said, I'm not an expert.

I can barely see auras, i want to try to read energy. I'd wanna know who have shields on and such. So, any tips on seeing energy?

Thankyou for your replies(sorry about delay)-
Could be a residual psi trail,as you mentioned Zeroagent,as it was moving as I saw it.The trail did kinda look like the effect you would get from putting a stick through moving water(fanned out in the same way).I always understood that auraus surround all living things;as the fly was moving though,there was no colour around the fly itself,just the trail of colour behind it.
I will keep looking out for this,see if it happens again!
Thanks Vornakos-if I was able to see this spontaneously(without trying)-I guess its a matter of trying to figure out the process of how/why...As I said-haven`t been able to see auras usually-I suppose that`s how diffent abilities show themselves as being possible-then its up to self to figure out how to do it consciously...
