Phasing is moving one object through another when it would not normally be possible. Many explanations of how it is done involve quantum mechanics and the orbits of electrons. Unfortunately I'm not a physicist so I can't really explain it much better. An example would be phasing a pencil through a wall, or your hand through a table.

I wouldnt suggest hand through wall because if you lose concentration in the middle of phasing. Your hand falls off

yeah, it hurts, but you get used to it eventually. and she never posted how exactly she did it. we dont have to phase our selves, we could phase objects

You can't phase on or the other. If you just phase one then it shouldn't work. I'm not saying it wont, but this is my theory.
