No. Won't work, physically impossible under any circumstances. Your body is built at the proportion it is for a reason, changing those proportions so dramatically would quite literally kill you. Besides, up to a certain degree, you cannot compress something any father... So where would all the excess mass go?

Technically, it would become energy, but transforming mass into energy is kind of the "easy" part (if you can travel at the speed of light of course), the really difficult part would be converting energy into mass, that my friend its one hell of a difficult thing to do, so thats a no for shrinking. Sorry.

Intrigue, nothing is impossible.....It would be extremely hard and would most likely end in death, but it certainly isn't impossible.

where would the excess mass go? if you think of it this way.

what if our universe isnt the only one, but there are actuall billions upon billions of universes out there. each universe exists as an atom, that forms molecules, that form objects (like a mug) and a super collassal gaint is drinking coffee from this mug this very instant oblivious of our universe, and we equally oblivious of his?
his universe could even be an atom of an even bigger giants mug. or with could be somewhere in the middle and the atoms of our keboards are actually the universes of other beings. just think of that. tht giant could think that his mass couldnt go smaller then his atoms, when i fact there are living beings much more smaller than his atoms and even smaller.

I would say no. At least, not in the way you're thinking about it.

You could hypotheticaly disintegrate a large portion of your mass into energy and then re-arrange the rest. But the ammount of power it would require would be so great in temrs of human psionic potential that chances are it would be far easier to jsut telepathicaly force evveryone's mind into not percieving you. (Or, if you really where to reach the point at which it was possible, you could do the bending the light deal, but I think that would be pretty much almost as difficult.)

And Intrigue is right on the matter of proportions: At those smaller proportions, your sceleton would be too large and too heavy for your muscles to deal with. (Just like proportional enlargement makes your body mass too heavy for your sceleton.) So, in my oppinion, you are etter off let go of such impractical dreams and et into teelapthic suggestion if you truly think you'll need the capacity to 'sneak around'.

that ting i was talking about has come in a few cartoons before. like in the starting of the simpsons one time and in johnny test, where he shrunk himself super small and ended up in a parallel universe. then he shrunk himself again and ended up and another parallel universe
