I have this odd ability to control the temperature I feel, to an extent. I can alter what I'm feeling by up to 10 degrees. For more clarification, if it's for example 70 degrees outside, or wherever I am, with focus, I can make myself feel like it's 60-80 degrees. If anybody has any information on this, or would like to discuss it, please message me or respond on here. I have some questions from somebody who has experience, but talking to anybody about it would be nice. I would also like to know if this ability is directly related to Psi, or if it's more a trick my mind plays on my body.

I think it has to do with the way you alter energy around your body. It could be a mind trick, but it could be psionics. I think it's just altering energy around your body.

Same here, I'm able to make myself warmer. Wearing T-skirt in -20 Degree ftw. =)
Seriously, I'm like unable to get cold. My friends call me a freak, because I'm like an element/radiator.

I like it being about 30 degrees, inside. The colder, the better. I just seem to work aloooottt better in the cold. |

I remember reading about this aura tech where you can increase and decrease your surrounding temperature but I did not know it could be taken to this extreme. maybe I'll go back and learn it for future reference...

I'm still experimenting with it, so I can only do so much with the temperature variance, but as I get better, I'll hopefully move to more extreme changes. It's easier for me to maintain a focus with warmth than cooling myself off, but cooling is about 1.5-2 times as effective/powerful as warmth. I just need to work with it more, I guess.

There are a few things that can contribute to this ability you could say. One is removing your self and in a sense ignoring the cold. I have not tried it with any psi before, i just tend to ignore it and substitute the cold with nothing. Usually if you can with stand a lot of cold you can also endure a lot of pain (lets not prove this hypotheses please).
I have been able to with stand temperature thats -10 degrees farinhite (spelling?) before. As you said, practice does make perfect. I have been doing this for years, and i am tapping into regulating my body's temp as well.
So i guess its a matter of controlling my physical self. But i do not know about with standing cold using psi. Others will help you out with that one, in eather case you need a lot of energy though. That will remain the same.

I would tab this as a Psychokinetic ability involving the Excitement of Molecules but not to the extent of Cryo or Pyro so I guess this would fall under the catergory of ThermoPK
