when i relax my eyes and i focus on something i see a flow of particles colliding with each other very quickly and the more i concentrate the more they seem to appear. is that aura? and if yes how can i see colour? and see the aura on people? i tried with concentrating with a white wall behind but it seems i can only see the particles only when i look directly at the air or on objects yet no colour. sorry for the many questions but any advice would be grateful

ive read it snowind thanks for the article. i kind of see aura but its coulourless. i cannot see any coulours i just see the flow of energy. the thing i am asking is it really aura that coulourless thing? i meanis it possible to start seeing aura as clourless and after practice colour comes in?

I don't think so, but don't worry, I sometimes see colourless aura, especially on non-living objects... It's uncommon but it does happen, but if you're seeing colourless aura in a living thing then it's a bit odd because it shows depending on emotion. So in my article in the link I provide there's an excercise that can be done with colour papers. I suggest you do that.
Try reading the aura of the colour papers, I would recommend to start with Blue and Red since those are the most useful colours to start with.

They could be floaters too. Go to a doctor to check your eyes.

its non-living things that i see the colourless aura. and not on humans because i havent reached that point yet. i can see it and like the article says when i blink the thing is gone until i focus again. so i think im seeing the aura of nonliving things as colourless but cant seem to see the aura of humans, so thats why i cant see colour
